Please note that we require 24 hours notice for any cancellation/change you may wish to make to a booking. Patients who cancel their appointment within the 24 hour notice period will incur a late cancellation fee. Monday appointments require 64 hours notice for any cancellation/change you may wish to make to your booking, due to the clinic being closed on Sunday. Cancellations and changes made to appointments directly after a Bank holiday require 72 hours notice.
