Lighten Your Heavy Metal Burden

Generally we may not think that we’re exposed to heavy metals very often in our daily routines but unfortunately that’s not the case.

We’re more at risk than we realise

Generally we may not think that we’re exposed to heavy metals very often in our daily routines but unfortunately that’s not the case. Human exposure to heavy metals has risen dramatically in the last 50 years. In fact, the average Brit is exposed to an inescapable amount of heavy metal toxins on a daily basis—from the air, water, and even our food. If we don’t rid ourselves of these toxins on a regular basis, they accumulate in our body and cause disease.

How does mercury get into our system?

  • large fish like tuna and swordfish
  • silver amalgam fillings
  • water supplies
  • seeds treated with mercurial fungicides
  • it was used until recently in vaccines including both infant and adult vaccines as a preservative (thimerosal)
  • eyedrops and contact lens solutions
  • nasal sprays, eardrops and haemorrhoid creams

How toxic is mercury?

It is classified as a poison because it is a neurotoxin (poisonous to nerves) and irreversibly blocks protein synthesis. The main target organs and glands for mercury are the kidneys, thyroid and pituitary. The most threatening mercury compound is organic methylmercury.

What is methylmercury?

It's a metal that can be found in fish like tuna, swordfish and shark. The methylmercury in these fish can be harmful to an unborn baby so should be avoided by pregnant women. Mercury occurs naturally in the environment and can also be released into the air through industrial pollution. When it falls from the air, it accumulates in streams and oceans. Bacteria in the water cause chemical changes that transform mercury into methylmercury, which can be toxic. Fish absorb methylmercury as they feed on aquatic organisms.

What can mercury do to the body?

  • Immune system dysfunction resulting in Multiple Sclerosis
  • Vision loss
  • Failure of muscular coordination, muscle weakness, numbness and tingling, tremors
  • Memory loss – migraine headaches –mood swings – nervousness
  • Birth defects – higher incidence of cerebral palsy, mental retardation and neurological deficits
  • Infertility
  • Hearing Loss – mercury has an affinity for the acoustic nerve
  • Depression – accumulation in the thyroid and pituitary glands causing a slowing of the metabolic rate
  • Dermatitis – caused by a mercury-induced zinc depletion
  • Hyperactivity
  • Alopecia (hair loss) – causes impairment of copper metabolism
  • Excessive salivation

What can be done to rid the system of toxic metals?

You can change its impact on your health with the help of a natural, targeted heavy metal cleanse. Cleansing twice a year can help your body excrete these metals, while still allowing beneficial minerals to do their job. Research shows that the key ingredient in Complete Metal Cleanse (link to product), purified humifulvate (of plant origin), binds to heavy metals including lead, mercury and cadmium, allowing the body to expel them more easily. It costs just £18.53 for 30 capsules (61p per day), which is enough for one cleanse.

We may not be able to change the environment single-handedly, but with Complete Metal Cleanse we can reduce our body’s heavy metal burden. Buy online
