A 49 year old man presenting with chronic constipation and a very painful anal fissure, which had troubled him for the last two years "Having just finished a course of herbal treatments under the auspices of Deborah Grant, the consultant medical herbalist at the Hale Clinic in London, I hope a fitting testimonial with regards to its success would be of some compelling incentive to try it. Do you want to help your memory?
Lecithin is one of the richest natural sources of choline and inositol. Choline is a precursor of the neurotransmitter (brain chemical) acetylcholine, which is essential for normal brain activity and plays a prominent role in memory.
This is a pure granular form of lecithin produced from 100% natural soya extract. Each tablespoon provides a full 70mg of phosphatidyl serine (PS), one of the most important nutrients for brain health, and at a fraction of the 'typical' single nutrient price found on the market.
Lecithin granules can be added to any meal, drink, or used as a cooking ingredient.
Sprinkle 1 to 2 level tablespoons (7.5g) of granules onto cereals, stir into fruit juices or add to cooking. Lecithin makes a useful thickener in soups and casseroles.
This is a perishable food and best used within 6 weeks of opening. 250grams
